WI 2023 Act 20
We Want to Hear From You!
How is Wisconsin's Act 20 working in your school district?
Act 20, Wisconsin's K-3 early literacy law, requires public schools to:
screen students for reading difficulties,
provide science-based reading intervention,
share student progress with families, and
provide information about dyslexia and information on special education referrals when appropriate.
We want to learn how these requirements are being implemented across Wisconsin and how they are impacting students and families. If you have experiences, questions, concerns, or success stories related to Act 20, we'd love to hear from you.
